Newly released 9/11 Commission Notes confirm what we have known all along. William Rodriguez, (hero on 9/11/01) had his testimony excluded from the 9/11 Commission Report. Even though Rodriguez gave crucial testimony showing evidence that explosives were used in the World Trade Center before any plane struck. The timing of this was confirmed, too, by seismographic readings. If most people had a choice, they would want to empower an independent investigation with subpoena power to learn the truth about what happened. Everything is looking good for a November 3, 2009 YES referendum vote in NYC. The people, not the politicians, will empower and authorize such an investigation. This September 11, which falls on a Friday, will begin a REAL TRANSPARENCY CONFERENCE, facilitated by Sander Hicks. by Newly Released 9/11 Commission NotesFor several years now, self-styled "debunkers" have been claiming that William Rodriguez has been lying about the testimony he gave to the 9/11 Commission in 2004.

Not only have Mr. Rodriguez's basic claims remained unchanged, the cover-up continues; his actual testimony remains "restricted". One can only imagine why that would be. The wiser JREFers who have been holding their collective breath may now exhale, as Mr. Rodriguez has supplied us with copies of the 9/11 Commission Investigator notes in PDF form, which read in part;
"Rodriguez said on September 11, 2001 he reported late to work which was unusual for him. He said he was in the B1 sublevel ABM office speaking to Anthony Saltamachia when the plane struck the North Tower (WTC 1). He immediately thought the explosion was caused by a generator. Shortly after the first explosion a second explosion rocked the building and caused the office's false ceiling to collapse. Following these explosions Felipe David, who was severely burned, ran into the office. Rodriguez said there was a third explosion and he believed then the explosions were caused by an earthquake."
Clearly, Rodriguez was indeed talking about "explosions" from the very start.

Proclamation with “..seismographic evidence, 21 miles north of ground zero, and the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) stated time when the planes struck the twin towers (see table), prove that basement explosions occurred before the planes struck the towers," which concur with the testimony of 9/11 keymaster William Rodriguez. Besides, WTC Building 7 was not even struck by an airplane and came down at near free-fall speeds. Richard Gage, AIA, checked the stats used by Don Meserlian, who is a highly successful forensic engineer and independent research activist. The terrorist acts of 9/11 resulted in the immediate deaths of 3,000 emergency service workers and innocent citizens. The inhalation of toxic dust in the weeks following 9/11 will result in the premature deaths of additional thousands of rescue and construction workers and New York residents. The acts of 9/11 have been further used to justify the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, which have resulted in the deaths of thousands of military personnel and hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians.
As medical professionals, we are trained in science and logical reasoning. We are appalled by the lack of scientific rigor and the substantial omissions and blatant distortions in the official account of 9/11 as embodied in the 9/11 Commission Report and related government documents.

The seven-year ordeal of a British resident who claims he was brutally tortured before being sent to Guantanamo Bay was brought to an end last night during an emotional reunion with his family.
Binyam Mohamed’s sister, Zuhra Mohamed, said she was “overcome with joy” as she watched her brother shuffle down the steps of the RAF transport plane which had carried him from the notorious US detention camp in Cuba to Northolt airfield, west London.
She said: “When I saw him he looked like he is OK, but he will plainly not be the man I remember all those years ago.” Almost as soon as Mr Mohamed had taken his first steps on British soil, the former computer and engineering student made it clear that he had unfinished business with both the US and UK governments. In a carefully worded statement he said he intended to hold to account those he blamed for his alleged rendition, torture and unlawful imprisonment: “I am not asking for vengeance; only that the truth should be made known so that nobody in the future should have to endure what I have endured.”

Each show has been filled with information that warrants a new, authentic investigation of 9/11. We've also discussed many consequences, which have shaped our political, social, and economic reality. We have reviewed the volume of warnings and foreknowledge that far exceeds any excuse of "incompetence". We have studied the effort that went in to creating an investigation and the Bush administration's attempts at obstruction. We have studied denials by Osama Bin Laden of his involvement and FBI statements of lack of evidence, which have been obscured in the media. We have revealed how several foreign officials have voiced their doubts about the official account, invoking statements by the Project For A New American Century's agenda to establish global military dominance, which required a "catastrophic, catalyzing event like a New Pearl Harbor".
Highlighting the existence of hundreds of questions about the official explanation of 9/11 brings into focus a fundamental truth. The sheer number of detailed questions is a form of evidence that the government's account is simply not credible. Therefore, a real, independent investigation is a necessity. In upcoming shows we will go through at least 100 questions which present justifiable cause for suspicion and reason to distrust what we've been told.
Then we will move into a key area of study, the wide range of individual and group psychology which shapes our reaction to the attacks of 9/11 as well as the quest for truth, or in many cases, the desire to forget. We will look at why its so important to develop the necessary psychology that will lead us to truth and accountability. Our ability to reclaim control of our destiny depends on it.

The collapse of the U.S. housing market at the heart of the recent financial crisis is also, according to Parker Palmer, the collapse of a series of long-held illusions in American society: that housing prices will always rise, that Americans can live beyond their means forever, and that the growing gap between rich and poor doesn't matter.
Everyone realized the system was unsustainable, Palmer, a writer, traveling teacher and activist, told Bill Moyers on the JOURNAL, but, "We don't want to know what we really know, because if we did, we'd have to change our lives."
Palmer draws on his own experience with clinical depression for his analyis. Parker believes depression, for a society and for an individual, presents an opportunity to find a workable reality:
I got tremendous help from a therapist at one point in one of my depressions who said to me, "Parker, you seem to keep treating this experience as if depression were the hand of an enemy trying to crush you. Would it be possible to re-image depression as the hand of a friend trying to press you down to ground on which it's safe to stand?" Well, those words didn't mean much to me immediately because when you're there, you can't hear that kind of counsel. But they grew on me, those words did.
Palmer believes that for the United States, as himself, illusions lead to dark moments, and Americans must take this moment to ground themselves: "Reality won't let you down. It is what it is. And we have to learn to deal with it. So I think there are dramatic parallels. And I would say to us collectively to the extent that I have any right to do that what my therapist said to me."
