Top in this issue is a follow-up article from WorldReports.org on the escalating financial crisis regarding the Bush administration and the $4.5 trillion Settlement in favor of Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and his AmeriTust Groupe, Inc. With the upcoming announcement expected by George Bush for a “Surge” in US military presence in Iraq, the dangers for world conflict are intensifying beyond what it is already. According to many sources, the events of September 11 and the US invasion of Iraq was in part to cover-up the downfall of the US economy and the theft of the US Treasury by top U.S. officials. In the second item we again post excerpts of the interview of Col. Donn de Grand-Pre with Alex Jones. The excerpts taken from this interview focus on what was planned for Fl. 93. According to the Colonel and others, this airline was shot down on September 11 after it was taken over by remote control, and was being directed to the White House or the Congressional Capitol Building. This would have enabled the Bush administration to declare complete martial law to takeover the US government. This danger is far from over. As repeatedly explained in reports posted on www.worldreports.org, the Secretary of the US Treasury of the day, Henry M. Paulson, the former Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs and Company, intervened to prevent the finalisation of the $4.5 trillion Settlement in favour of Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and his AmeriTust Groupe, Inc., based in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In December, we reported that Paulson had been arrested following the implementation of a subpoena issued by the International Court of Justice upon the petition of one or more signatory Governments seeking to deploy their powers to procure the resolution of this critical matter and thus to avoid a global financial calamity
According to a high-level White House source [see under 04 January 2007 below] Paulson flew to Israel immediately following a Cabinet Meeting at which he was seen standing around, separated from the President, with his hands in his pockets. He has not been in charge of the money-bags for many days now. All intelligence resources at Ambassador Leo Wanta's disposal are currently being deployed to obtain 'further and better particulars', and specifically whether his departure is to be 'of indefinite duration', as is being suggested. If it transpires that this report from the high-level White House source is as accurate as its impeccable provenance implies, this already grave international crisis will be ratcheted up by several further notches, especially if it ALSO transpires that the United States has been ransacked by foreign intelligence and that substantial funds have been stolen in the process.
Readers will recall that Paulson, the former C.E.O. of Goldman Sachs, took personal control of the Ambassador's $4.5 trillion, which were held under his personal name and code. In allowing him to do this, Goldman Sachs violated Securities regulations by using private funds tagged in the name of Leo Emil Wanta/Lee Emil Wanta/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., the beneficial owner, to be used to generate additional funds, and for purposes never approved, of course, by the beneficial owner. This lays Goldman Sachs, and other banks participating in this corruption, open to very severe penalties. Interference with private business transactions exposes the wrongdoers to violations of the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934, and to the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, especially R.I.C.O. We listed the many other laws of which the accessories to the fact and co-conspirators are in breach, in earlier reports in this series. Additionally, all parties have been further advised of H.R. 3723 which summarily provides that corporate business activity is protected under the Economic and Industrial Espionage Laws of the USA and the International Economic Community.
THE ICJ AND AD-HOC TRIBUNAL DOCUMENTS ISSUE
Judging by the Internet firestorm triggered by our last posting, some people seem to be confused by the fact that we have not so far published the documents of the International Court of Justice and the ad-hoc Tribunal which resulted in Paulson's arrest. These documents can only be released if the Tribunal so decides, and within the scope of the law. Moreover, since the ICJ can only be petitioned by Governments, it is a matter for officials to decide whether the documents in question can be released or not. An individual such as the Editor of International Currency Review necessarily lacks standing in this context. Therefore, pressure on the Editor to 'come forward with the documents' is wrong-headed, naďve and unreasonable. We are aware of two parties (one intelligence service and one firm of lawyers) that hold these documents, and we had previously been advised that they would be forthcoming.
However a moment's thought will clearly reveal that publication of the documents may be a matter so sensitive, in view of the speed of developments, that it may well be one of a number of levers that are being held in reserve against compliance. We would therefore respectfully request those who have been pressing us to perform what we are not in a position to perform, unless so advised, to cease and desist, and to await the evolution of events. Manifestly there are more dramatic, and very disturbing, developments to come. We are not in control of those events, and can only confirm, of course, that what we have posted was authorised, as stated, and was/is accurate, to the best of our conscientious knowledge, at the time of posting.
Several other very basic considerations need to be borne in mind by such people, who rush to judgment. First, there are certain laws which manifestly have to be adhered to when publishing sensitive information. Secondly, the Editor of International Currency Review has been doing this job since 1970, and may therefore reasonably be considered capable of using his judgment and the gift of discernment properly.
THE REPROBATE BEHAVIOUR OF VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY
It has further transpired that Vice President Richard Cheney intervened on 4th January to have all the payments stopped. Given the absence from the scene of the Treasury Secretary, Mr Henry M. 'Conflict-of-Interest' Paulson, who disappeared, as noted above, immediately following the Cabinet Meeting at which he was observed standing around with his hands in his pockets away from the President (a stance he also adopted when he entered the National Cathedral for the late President Ford's service alone after having been exfiltrated from European custody by the British, according to intelligence sources), the man in de facto charge of the money-bags is Vice President Cheney. This official is now in the R.I.C.O. firing line, following the discovery, reported by Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., of incriminating evidence that he, too, may have been diverting funds for his own benefit. More may be heard about this shortly.
Cheney's behaviour is strongly reminiscent of that of General Alexander Haig, who briefly usurped the power of the President of the United States in 1982, proclaiming: 'I'm in charge'. He subsequently vanished into near-oblivion.
Cheney's intervention reflected inter alia the fact that he is alleged to have forced Ambassador Negroponte to leave his post as Director of National Intelligence, leaving Cheney himself in de facto charge of instruments such as the National Security Agency (NSA), and of sensitive financial transactions following the departure of the Treasury Secretary. Since the Vatican was involved directly in urging and facilitating the Wanta Settlement, not least given its huge holdings of CMKX stock and its insistence that the Settlement MUST be finalised in order to prevent a global financial and economic catastrophe, the tidal waves from this crisis are truly reaching the four corners of the earth. It will be a miracle if sanity returns in time to calm matters and make the Settlement, before confidence collapses.

AJ: He [Col. Donn de Grand-Pre] put on a symposium a few years ago that made headlines in major newspapers, in Portugal. We had one of those articles posted. And it says:
"Portugal-based investigative journalist has presented The News, with the version of the September 11th attacks that has to-date failed to attract the attention of the international press. The report, compiled by the independent inquiry into the September 11th World Trade Center attack, warns the American public that the government's official version of the events does not stand up to scrutiny."
And the man who put this on was Col. Donn de Grand , who's an American in a 72-hour non-stop symposium, deliberation by a group of military and civilian pilots under the chairmanship of Col. Donn de Grand. After deliberating non-stop for 72-hours, has concluded the flight crews of the four passenger airliners involved in the September 11th tragedy had no control over their aircraft.

AJ: We are talking to Col. Donn de Grand-Pre and we have a news article about an incredible symposium he put on two years ago in Portugal, covered by a front-page newspaper and magazine ' Portugal's other major papers. And a lot of key info came out ' very cutting edge. And this is his first interview since he had a stroke a little over a year ago. It's great to have the Colonel on the show. So, he got into OSS right at the end of World War II, then went into Korea for a year and a half, was wounded, with the airborne. And that's where we left off, Colonel. Please continue with your bio.
DGP: Okay, Alex. Actually I went to work then for Sec. Def. Bob McNamara. He hired me as the chief arms negotiator for the Middle East. And we conducted our business there. We were known as the super salesmen in ISA, International Security Affairs. And over a ten-year period, we sold over a hundred billion dollars worth of military equipment to all comers. And then, you mentioned the interview in Portugal. I didn't actually go to Portugal but on 11 September, actually it was 12 September, I wrote to my friend Gen. Hugh Shelton, who was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs at that time. He was transited out. And he was replaced by Gen. Richard, what the heck was the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs' The name escapes me. He was a four-star Air Force General. And, Myers, I guess, was the name. At any rate, I called together from 16 to 19 September, in the Pentagon area, not in the Pentagon, a group of military, civilian and general aviation pilots. And for three days, we kicked around what actually happened on 11 September. And then the investigator journalists covered that and it was reported in the Portugal news and very accurate. I have the report in front of me and it is quite involved but if you have some questions, fire away, Alex.
AJ: Well, now you got these military officers together and that's the only place I ever saw it get reported on, was on here in Portugal ' it talked about the symposium. Of course, I read one of your fine books and we'll talk about that as well a little bit later on in the show and take some calls. But, what was laid out, what I saw in the four-page article, two years ago, has turned out to be very accurate. Tell us about the military officers, the pilots, the civilian pilots that were there and the conclusions that you came to in the 72-hour non-stop meeting. Please go over that for us.
DGP: Okay, Alex, the group of pilots and they will remain anonymous were a wonderful mix of commercial, military and civilian pilots. At any rate, after three days, the decisions were unanimous. And I wrote my 24-page report up and submitted it to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. And that report ultimately got into the hands of the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs on 23 January, 2002. The General was U.S. Marine Corp General by the name Peter Pace. And I got a telephone call, 5 March, from one of his horse holders, who is a Colonel Air Force type. He informed me that Gen. Peter Pace had gotten the twenty-four pages and that he and his Sec. had no comment at this time but he used the old Marine Corp lingo, "Semper Fi" or Always Faithful, and we let it go at that. Later on I continued my correspondence with the Vice Chairman and most recently, I got a letter 8 November, 2003 from Peter Pace, to me, carrying on not only about the investigation but about the three books that I have written since that time.
AJ: Now, Colonel, going over your report and the, I guess the committee meeting that you guys had to play out what you believe really happened. Now as more evidence has come out, it shows that that's clearly exactly what happened. Now, they are using 911 to turn this country into a total police state. I mean how do you see us turning this around?
DGP: The turning around is not going to be that easy. I look at the final paragraph of this report. And here is what the final paragraph said. "So far the mainstream American news media has failed to publish or broadcast any details regarding the independent inquiry. Similarly, the White House whilst having received a copy of the report has remained silent on its findings." While we know that a copy, first of all I have to back up a little. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs had 500 copies of this 24-page report made and sent out, including, to the White House.
AJ: And so, he sent out 500 copies, that would mean that he believed it.
DGP: I'm quite sure that he believed in it. I think that he still believes in it. You can understand the difficulties. The civilian administration, of course, won't recognize it as such.
AJ: How did you find out that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs sent this out?
DGP: I got a telephone call and I think the date was 5 March 2002, stating that at the time, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs had no comment but he used the Marine Corp lingo 'Semper Fi', Semper Fidelity 'always faithful'. And that triggered in me further memos and I traded memos with Gen. Peter Pace and Dick Myers and they continued on until November of last year.
AJ: Well that had to be upsetting to Mr. Rumsfeld to have all these, hundreds of your reports flying around the Pentagon.
DGP: (laughs) Yeah, you see there's a definite cleavage between the military of the Pentagon and the civilian hierarchy - and never the twain shall meet.
DGP: Okay, I've got three books out, Alex, under the title, "Barbarians Inside the Gates." Book 1 was "The Serpent's Sting," Book 2 is "The Viper's Venom," Book 3 which just came out is "The Rattler's Revenge." And I'd like to quote from Book 2, which came out October of 2002. There is a very important paragraph there. It says, "The trigger for the 911 activity was the imminent and unstoppable world-wide financial collapse which can only be prevented temporarily by a major war, perhaps to become known as World War III. To bring it off one more time, martial law will probably be imposed in the United States."
AJ: And now we've seen Gen. Eberhart say that that's the next step. Tommy Franks said that's the next step. Are those now chilling statements?
DGP: Yes, they are. This next step will be preceded by what I write up in book 1 ' "The Serpent's Sting." I wrote of a coming coup d'etat. And this was written in the year 2000. And sure as blazes, it's coming. And it will be preceded by these kinds of things as enunciated by Tommy Franks, among others. So we are in a world of hurt, Alex.
AJ: Now, by a coup d'etat, you mean another intensification of a reverse coup d'etat to keep the people from fighting against the New World Order or do you mean the type that Bill Clinton successfully stopped in his administration?
DGP: Well, I'm talking about the administrative coup d'etat that came off September 11th.
AJ: You're talking about an intensification of the elite in a coup d'etat against America.
DGP: That is correct.
AJ: Well, I mean, it's ongoing. They are federalizing everything, they are militarizing everything, they're engaging in the classic takeover, are they not?
DGP: Yes, there are. And from this, Alex, and I bring this out very clearly in book 3, the only way we can stop it is with the classic counter-coup d'etat where the military steps in. And under the aegis of the military itself, disengaging or disemboweling the civilian hierarchy and taking over and re-running or re-organizing the federal government.
AJ: We are talking to Col. Donn de Grand-Pre and he worked in many of the levels of the U.S. military and has put out some really important information. Two years ago, he put out a report in a meeting in a 72-hour deliberation, a group of military and civilian U.S. pilots under the chairmanship of Col. Donn de Grand-Pre. After deliberating non-stop for 72-hours has concluded that the flight crews of the four passenger airliners involved in the September 11th tragedy had no control over the aircraft. And they get into how the military industrial complex clearly, that is elements of it, were in control of this. Colonel, we are going to go to some calls here in a minutes after you cover some other issues with us. But, understand this, my question of what percentage of the officers, period, in the military do you think have finally woken up to the true magnitude of what's going on?
DGP: Well, I'm in personal contact at least on a weekly basis with the Joint Chiefs and other select people. My computation is that 70% of us are with us. That's the higher ranking military, field grade officers, etc. and even the first three grades of the enlisted ' 70% are with us.
John: And was United Airlines Flight 93 shot down in Pennsylvania by a U.S. or NATO pilot and was that what was supposed to hit the Pentagon?
DGP: No, that was hit at 10:00 hours. It was taken out by the North Dakota Air Guard. I know the pilot who fired those two missiles to take down 93.
John: Was it shot down because the airline pilots actually regained control of the hijacked auto-pilot or was that to replace the unmanned drone that was shot down?
DGP: No, it was the aircraft, you see, had totally unconscious people on board. There were no hijackers. At 9:35, the Happy Hooligans, the Air Guard flying the F-16s were ordered to take that plane out. And they took it out from 9:35 to 10:00.
AJ: The question is why would they deviate from the plan of flying it into the Capitol? Why did the globalists decide to go ahead and shoot the plane down?
DGP: There had been an adjustment to the controls, probably by an AWACs aircraft flying overhead, again, remote control. And it was on a course for either the Capitol or the White House. And at this stage, you don't know. The Happy Hooligans came in and took care of it.
AJ: Do you think they were not following orders?
DGP: Who, the Happy Hooligans?
AJ: Well, yeah, you've got Cheney running around, we've got the stand down taking place.
DGP: Well, this is correct, but you see the Adj. General of the State of North Dakota gave the command to take it out. And, by God, they took it out. And I've got the full story in the book.
AJ: That's a good thing they did that. You said you talked to the pilot. Think about this folks. Imagine what Bush would have gotten if he would have had that plane fly into the Capitol? Imagine the police state we would be in right now.
DGP: Yes, yes, yes, indeed.
Colonel, before we take these four final calls, go over that a little bit slower for folks. That's a big deal. You talked to the pilot, a friend of yours, who shot down Flight 93 that was going for the Capitol or the White House. And go over that for folks.
DGP: Okay, quick rundown. They were out of Hector Field, Fargo, North Dakota. A bunch, this 119 Fighter Group and they are called the Happy Hooligans. They are probably the best interceptors that we have in the country. They were moved to Langley Air Force Base from Hector Field down to Southern Virginia. And when the klaxon horn went off at 9:35, those two pilots put down their coffee and shot into their aircraft and took off. They didn't know where they were going initially but by 10:00 hours, they had rendezvoused over Southern Pennsylvania. That's about 250 miles in just a matter of minutes and engaged 93 with two side-winder missiles. And they accomplished their objective. Now Hector Field, I use to fly out of Hector Field some time ago. I know most of those pilots. I could name names. I know the National Guard Adj. General. And they were decorated about a year later and I have the full write up of that story in my book.

David Shayler ...But that's not the most amazing insight that Shayler has. Even more than this is how 911 was a failed operation. Failed? But it was perfect! The buildings came down!
Yes... but we didn't see the entire game. It's been staring us in the face all this time but it took a brilliant mind with inside information (access to the most classified of intelligence documents) to piece it together. Shayler really is that intelligent. Spend 5 minutes with him and you will see what I mean.
Well, the end game was this: Flight 93 was to land on the Whitehouse. You see, under US law at the time, if that happened, it would be martial law in the US and under those conditions, the entire 911 plot could have been completely tidied up, all the evidence buried. We would not be able to have the 911 truth movement today. Anyone claiming that it was an inside job would be so far out on the extremes of conspiracy theory that they would never be taken seriously and certainly must less of the material available today would have been available to the truth movement.
Now we KNOW that this was planned (martial law) because on the 10th Nov 2001 it had been put in the MSM! There were articles published to the American people about how martial law could be enacted in the event of the US government (Washington DC) being attacked directly. So the US population was actually PRIMED for that.
Not only that, but the antrax attacks DID attack the US government, only it was too late then to declare martial law so Plan B didn't bail them out either. And worse, the antrax was traced by the FBI to US laboratories where on a few select personnel had access to it so it was undeniably and inside job. Which is why the headlines claiming that the anthrax was Iraqi played enough to imprint the mantra in the population's minds, then the entire anthrax hoax was made to quietly and quickly disappear.
So what went wrong?
The shooting down of 93 was a renegade action by a true American hero officer and the pilot that did the deed. The order to shoot down WAS NOT GIVEN. I.e. The inaction was there to guarantee the Whitehouse would be hit. Instead of the lies in the movie "United 93", the real hero of 911 was indeed associated with flight 93 coming down but it was not some fictious all American man in the street blued eyed boys. The real hero remains unknown. Anonymous. Denied. The real hero was the officer that saw the no-shoot as a NORAD botch and did his job and had that aircraft shot down.
The entire planet owes that man its thanks. I wonder if he even lived through the day? They may well have shot him on sight.
Now, I haven't researched this but I am willing to bet good money that if you go back in the news archives, you will find that NONE of the important people were in the Whitehouse on 911. You may even find Bush opponents WERE in the Whitehouse that day!
Not only that, but as Shayler points out, Jeb Bush jumped the gun. He declared martial law too soon in Florida. There was no reason for that declaration and it's one of those key facts that the 911 truth movement has missed. It's key fact for prosecuting as conspiracy to the murders, Jeb Bush as well as the usual suspects in the Administration. It's the smoking gun against Jeb Bush being an insider.
But the "failure" in NORAD and the other points of control, i.e. the things that were meant to allow 93 to hit the Whitehouse were undone by a quick thinking officer who ordered the plane to be taken down. 93 was, to use Shayler's term, a key failure in the plot. A cockup that, to quote Shayler "they simply didn't expect or plan for this".
When you realise this truth, suddenly many of the loose ends click into place. Suddenly, so much makes sense. So many of the Bush "incompetancies" are shown to be not incompetance, but quickstepping out a contingency. The inept neoCon scrambling and bumbling of the invasion is suddenly very clearly a group of well rehearsed, well disciplined, well planned people wrongfooted by the most unexpected of cockups.
Flight 93 is where 911 went wrong for them. And one of the reasons that the propaganda around that plane was in overdrive. United 93 the film, the stories of the heros, the only "black box that survived"... all these were disctractions. Very clever distractions. You see, by keeping the "was is shot down" debate going as an initial catch point for the sheep backed up by the "how come the mobile phones worked?" as the catch point for those not fooled by the first catch point, no-one got thinking about the actual flight itself and the key role it played. No-one has been thinking about the possibility that it was a monumental cockup that the plotters simply hadn't accounted for. No-one has been thinking "what if it had reached its target, what would have happened?". And that's clever human manipulation for you. That's really clever brains thinking at high speed to bail out of a catastrophe.
But 93 went badly wrong for the plotters. Because it gave that little window of opportunity for the truth movement to see the faults in the story, see the holes in the evidence and start to question the official line. Martial law was meant to ensure that no questions could be asked, no evidence could survive and no-one would have the time to ask because of what was meant to immediately follow. The sequence of events would have been so swift that we would be focussed now on the fallout of the WMD use that was almost certainly in the plan. 911 would be a minor footnote that no-one would be interested in by now.
Had 93 reached "mission complete". Had martial law been declared, complete control over the media, release of information and the cleanup (getting rid of the evidence) would have happened and bingo! The entire 911 plot would have played out and the world right now would have been a completely different place. Iran, Syria, Iraq, North Korea, Afghanistan probably would have had nuclear weapons used against them to simply "solve the problem". With the US government "wiped out", no-one would have either held the Bush crowd accoutable nor have the ability to even if they tried.
Which explains another anomally about the plot: How the neoCons so totally screwed up the invasions without an exit strategy. The visible evidence being the mess that Iraq is in with the US having its butt kicked.
See, they never needed an exit strategy because they were never going to invade the way that they were forced to. That was NOT the plan. The plan was to use the overwhelming force of American super weapons in quick, lethal blows that the world would have had to stand by and accept because the US government itself would have been directly attacked, possibly with key opponents to the WH wiped out as part of the deal. Who would stop the US? Indeed, who would even BLAME the US?
Their original plan was perfect. It was a good plan. I was a perfect plan.
There was no need to plant a passport. There was no need to explain 911. If you don't explain then there are no holes in the story because there simply is no story. Your cover is perfect. No 911 commission, no NIST scrambling to prove the impossible, no questions about WTC7. Nothing to attack the neoCon agenda with because no accountability given because under martial law, the US government would be unassailable.
And that also explains those massive FEMA detention camps that GLP was so hyped up about many years ago. We were all mystified as to why they were being built. Now it's clear! Even under martial law there would have been those who didn't agree with the neoCons. Those detention camps would have been filled with these dissidents.
Sit back and think of all the odd behaviour that has puzzled us about the BushCo. How they seem to have wrongfooted themselves all the time. And think about how things would have been different in 93 had hit its target. It all makes perfect sense.
Behind the scenes there must have been frantic redrawing of plans. Years and years of careful, step by step detail was trashed when that missile hit 93. And because of that, errors were made. And because of THAT, we have the truth movement and the very real chance to expose this hoax and nail the guilty party.
Which could be why Bush bought into Paraguay.
Also, look at where Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Wolfowitz, Bremer and all the other PNAC players were on the day. Look at their actions. In the light of what was EXPECTED to happen, it all makes sense. Perfect, perfect sense.
This is a startling revelation by Shayler and an absolute lynchpin in understanding 911 and what has followed. It explains so much, ties up so many loose ends and just fits the picture so well, even down to the reactions of the people involved, that it really is the only credible missing piece.
And more still, it's clear that the recycling deal must have been planned months before for the steel shipments from the 911 demolition. All that rund perfectly. But rather than it being a secret kept "for security reasons" away from any public knowledge for decades to come, maybe even centuries, it's now in the open. And one more item to point at the guilty parties with.
For me personally, it's the effectiveness of the psyops of 93 that gets me. How the diversion has worked so extremely well, How the realisation of how 911 was actually a massive cockup simply hasn't featured anywhere up until now.
That makes me shake my head in admiration for the brains that pulled it together. Real professionals. Nasty, evil, but so very clever.

Peter Lance is one of the few investigative journalists who has dedicated himself to the historical thicket of 9/11. In addition to using the mosaic, he travels to interview people, develops contacts inside the key agencies, gets his hands on damning FBI 302 documents, and bothers people who deserve to be bothered. For the last four years, he has obsessed on 9/11 and many of its deep-political tendrils, producing the equivalent of dozens of rich, original articles.
